Olivia is a Board Certified Clinical Sexologist, third-degree Usui Reiki practitioner & HeartMath® Certified Coach & Mentor.

After a severe and complicated 4-year battle with neurological Lyme Disease, lead poisoning, and associated conditions such as anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and clinical depression, she was inspired to create a practice to help others regain health and balance. Reiki and HeartMath are the cornerstones of her work.

Olivia is a graduate of the Institute of Authentic Tantra in Vancouver, B.C., a government-accredited higher education institute and she is also an Authentic Tantra® Certified Practitioner. Her work employs somatic movement therapy, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and connection to heal trauma and expand pleasure capacity. She also utilizes ancient Tibetan Five Element Tantric practices and trauma-informed therapies to integrate body, mind, and spirit for those seeking a healthy, balanced, and sacred approach to sexuality. Olivia works with clients 1:1 in a clinical and therapeutic capacity, she also does connection and intimacy work with couples looking to deepen their connection to each other, rekindle intimacy, and shed old patterns that are no longer serving the relationship. Olivia hosts and creates intimacy workshops and retreats, and she is also available to teach HeartMath techniques for corporate team building and communications strategy training.

Sandy is a third-degree Shinpiden or Master-level Usui Reiki practitioner and teacher.

After a decades-long career in the performing arts as a manager, producer, and teacher – alongside single-parenting her two daughters – Sandy experienced severe burnout and associated chronic health issues. Receiving Reiki treatment regularly in a mainstream, therapeutic setting was key to her physical, emotional, and energetic restoration.

Sandy became a student of Dr. Pamela Youngquist and received her certification as a First Degree Reiki Practitioner in 2017. In 2019, when she was faced with being the primary caretaker for her daughter battling life-threatening neurological Lyme Disease, she decided to deepen her commitment to Reiki in order to extend it to others. In 2021, She and her daughter together opened Back to Heart Center. Sandy offers Usui Reiki sessions and her hybrid Reiki Counseling method, which combines Reiki with active listening and traditional counseling structures. She also teaches Reiki and is passionate about supporting Reiki practitioners from all lineages who want to reinvigorate or deepen their practices.

REIKI CLASSES AND COACHING:

Sandy Is currently welcoming beginning students for Usui Reiki Ryoho Level 1, Shoden (beginning teachings) on a rolling basis as well as those who would like to refresh or deepen their Reiki practice and study.

As a Reiki teacher, Sandy offers both group and private courses in the study and application of the Usui system of Reiki (Usui Reiki Ryoho). Classes incorporate initiation (also known as attunement) into the system and lineage of Reiki plus ongoing mentorship through the system’s progressive levels.
